PROCESS

The hand sewn leather collars are individually cut from the best sourced tanneries in Italy. Each collar having it’s own feel and weight due to uniqueness of the hide. Once the leather is sourced, the 10oz supima cotton goes through a long and tedious dying process to match the colors of the lambskin suede. The final process involves our atelier sewing each collar to every garment-dyed T shirt.
